During my stay, it was very difficult, very anxiety provoking and distressing. I was at an ultimate low on my arrival, up until the day or 2 before I was due to leave SMK. It was such a struggle, I caused so much hurt and pain to so many staff members and I hope if any of them see this, I hope they know I’m so apologetic and grateful for the help they offered. At the time I struggled to see it was help, and I assumed they were all against me. But having been away from SMK for almost a year now, I have matured and can look back on wise things I was taught and use them this very day and I’ve so far been very nearly a year free of self injury. I want to thank the few incredible staff members that really helped me and want to apologise to every staff member I ever hurt or said vile things to. Love and light. X
Most rubbish secure I’ve been in, place needs shut down also the staff are rubbish
