Definitely prepared my children for high school and college, while providing discipline in the classrooms so everyone can learn. Lots of extras, computers, iPads, readling specialist, community service projects, and art and music teachers. Made both of my children organized, kept them reading and doing math at the proper grade levels and taught them critical thinking, while encouraging prayer and spirituality. The teachers were kind, but expected alot from their students. This is no coasting school….your children will learn as long as they apply themselves. The homework is appropriate for the grade level and most nights will not involve hours of work, as long as the student is keeping up. Cramming the night before a test is NOT a good idea!

The school is inexpensive, when compared to what public schools spend on their students. but parents and students need to volunteer for lots of roles like fundraising, playground supervisors, kitchen help, library/computer helpers and classroom readers. You will have to take a class and pass a background test to help around the students.

My children are now in college or out of college. One is a senior in the Fisher College of Business at OSU, the other is a neurology ICU nurse at Riverside Hospital. And they both started at St. Matthias.

this school is the BEST i really recommend Ur kids to come here. the teachers are so helpful and they give good advice about life and also this school teaches u a lot about Jesus Ur kids should really come to this school i recommend it
VERY good school, I recommend this school to anyone who thinks their child can go far in life. The teachers are very helpful and the food is DELICIOUS!
