I believe the company should make an exception for students who had to leave their school on those terms. That was not the student choice. It was by force due to the natural disaster. At the least, this school should offer a waiting list and make exceptions under these conditions. Many parents sacrificed years of paying tuition to ensure their child would receive a exceptional education only to find that upon return to the school they loved the door would be shut in there face. This has been a very displeasing experience and I will be placing her in another program. I CAN NO LONGER RECCOMEMED THIS PROGRAM TO OTHERS ON THE GROUNDS THAT THERE IS NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAD TO REBUILD AND START OVER!
P.S St. Michael Special School can accept thousands in tuition, but the minute you dont graduate (due to personal reasons are natural disaster) you are officially abandoned and will not be able to continue to the adult joy center program. I find this to be extremely distasteful and upsetting.
Resolution: Be considerate of those who were about to graduate but werent able due to the natural disaster. As a catholic organization it is a duty to show compassion to others while being considerate of their needs.
