I am a HISPANIC parent who is thankful for the opportunity to send my 2 children to a catholic school like St. Rita. All the teachers and staff are great and always do what’s best for the kids. I have never seen or heard any teachers or Mrs. Faxon discriminating against any minorities. Every kid is treated with respect and trust me if it was bad I would not be sending my kids there. The kids are academically more advanced than other schools in the area. I’m sorry to hear about the one bad review but my family has had nothing but great experiences with the entire St. Rita family.
I will forever be thankful for having chosen to educate our children at St. Rita of Cascia. Never did I question that each decision made by faculty and staff had the students’ best interest at heart. The environment, discipline and values mirrored those of our home. Our children were extremely well prepared for high-school (and now college) and made lifelong friends all in a Christ-centered school. If I could turn back time, this is a decision I would make again and again.
St. Rita has a strong technology focus and teachers who use the tools to supplement learning. Written and oral projects for every grade level are supported by teachers helping the students prepare, plan and organize with proper mechanics. The outcome I have seen has been increased self-confidence and good study skills. I am very happy with this school and so are my children.
