After hearing what happened to the Elios kids I was disgusted, I know this family as the mum worked at the school canteen and took such good care of my own children and everyone else’s. The children adored her, she is strong and speaks what everyone else thinks.
How dare Amelia Katsogiannis judge a parent and remove their children because her position allows her to carry out vendettas because that’s exactly what she did. She, as a parent to a convicted drugdealer should perhaps not cast judgement.
My daughter was so severely bullied and I requested her presence multiple times and NOTHING. My childs mental health meant nothing. Parents are terrified to ask questions for fear of this happening to them too.
Wake up everyone this isn’t the only school on earth, take care of your children!!!!
They don’t worship God here, only the all mighty dollar. Toxic
I was a parent of 3 children at St Spyridon. I absolutely loved the school while Mrs Stefanou and Mrs Synessios watched over it. Mrs Stefanous retirement was the beginning of the end. It turned into a place of disappointment.
I was concerned by the departure of 22 staff members in just over 12 months so I made a call which somehow escalated and resulted in me having to write a formal complaint against the head of college Mrs A. Katsogianis. I addressed it to the parish president and all the relevant staff. I was ignored other than by the receptionist who assured me it was sent to the appropriate persons. This carried on for over 3 weeks and after reaching out again in regard to my complaint the only response I received is that my children were no longer welcome at the college because of my “disrespectful correspondence”, “ethos and values also not aligning” aka “formal complaint”.
I do NOT recommend the school in any way. They have no regard for their own rules nor the parents’ concerns. When the head of college ignores complaints about herself and then removes children from their school to show authority, it speaks volumes as to how much importance and value she places on them, which is clearly none. GOD IS WATCHING
