i went to this school as a child and it was some of the happiest days of my life my daughter now attends this school it is so nice to see the smile on her face in a morning and she looks forward to going to school all happy. all the teachers and members off staff are very friendly, polite and i no my daughter is so happy as she can approach any of the teachers, her learning has come on leaps and bounds and they keep you updated with all that is happening in the school we get a weekly news letter we also do lots of out of school hours activities that the teachers give up there free time for my daughter loves doing them. my daughter was very ill last year and had to go to school part time and in a wheelchair for some time Mr Cummins and all the teachers were amazing with her i cannot thank them enough for what they did for her and in my eyes they helped with her recovery. As a parent all the staff are approachable friendly and if you ever need to chat they are there for you to talk about your child. my daughter goes to after school club fabs and loves it she looks forward to it everyday and loves the staff in fabs. All in all i could not be any more pleased with my daughters education, the school and all the teachers and staff at the school they work very hard to make the school a happy and friendly place to go i would like to day thankyou very much and keep up the good work .
My ex made a serious alagation about the school head. It was only looked into by the school governors when I thought it should have been reported to the police and I have never been told if ofsted got told about it. I did ask the school to let me know when ofsted were in the school so I could have my chance to talk to them but I have not been informed so I take it they wanted to cover it up. I would think twice before sending a child to this school as what she alleged was extremely serious in my mind and other people’s minds who know about the allegations they too believe it should have been looked into by the police for how serious it was. I am only putting this here to warn parents.
Daughter loves going here and everyone very approachable
