Madison, (with red hair, sorry I don’t know her last name) trimmed my hair and then less than a week later did my keratin treatment. I have nothing but great things to say about both!! She was extremely easy to talk with, discuss what I wanted and she achieved my goals on both appts! I was very impressed and her teacher did not have to change anything after each appt. Thank you, Madison!!
Horrible experience! Needless to say, I left with wet hair. It was evident the the young lady wasn’t proficient in the skill requested and needed assistance. Instead of an instructor assisting her or walking her through the process, I was told she was the next in line. The student was very nice, though.
