Montessori schools generally prepare students for school. They teach them content areas and prepare them to be life long learners. However,
Step-by-Step Montessori is in my opinion the best Montessori school. Mrs. Marzi, Ms. Rachael, and Mrs. Martha are highly educated women who take the responsibility of teaching the whole child; academically, culturally, and emotionally. I am so grateful for how the school prepared my son for first grade. He is one of the highest students academically in the class. The school also has events that encourage cultural awareness and a coming togetherness of the students and parents. My youngest son still attends Step-by-Step and although he has a different in personality than my first, he is excelling academically at the same rate as my oldest son. I am so pleased with the all the things they have taught my sins at the school. I would high recommend Step-by- Step Montessori to anyone especially the families who are dedicated to developing their child as a whole person.
Our 4 year old just finished his 2nd year at the wonderful Step by Strep preschool and is now transitioning to TK. It’s a very bittersweet experience as we hate to leave, but we are so grateful for the preparation and knowledge that he has gained over the past 2+ years. Without the mental, physical and emotional growth he has made in the last two years at SBSM he would not be ready. We are extremely appreciative of Marzi, who runs the program, and the rest of the wonderful staff.
