I was a student at Stephen M white jr. High School in the seventies right where the original Gone in 60 Seconds was filmed this school has severe racist problems with very abusive teachers the boys Dean John lade was known to sexually abused students and the boys PE coach Richard Steele and many other teachers in this school were very abusive to students. They were severely beaten with paddles and canoe oars. My parents remove me from the school in the eighth grade after I swatted with a canoe 5 times for being late to class. This was the same year that somebody burnt down the Dean’s office the principles and the main office and the next following week that burnt down the counselor’s office the attendance office and the health office this place was a bad school I hope it has changed.
I graduated from there in 1986 and was one of my best experiences un life, I had good friends, the best teachers, I could not ask for anything more, my best wishes for Mr. D who taught woods and drafting, and for Mrs. Subber who taught ESL
THIS SCHOOL IS A GOOD SCHOOL AS FAR AS THE SET OF TEACHERS THAT MY DAUGHTER HAVE RIGHT NOW. I LOVE MS BADAR FOR BEING ON TOP OF HER STUDENTS’ SUCCESS. SHE TRULY PREPARES HER STUDENTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS
