My son went to this daycare for 2 years, and it was alright. When it was time for preK, I applied for their UPK program, got approved. I paid for the whole month, my son went there only one day. The teacher was English speaking only, and my son didn’t speak English at that time, and he felt abandoned that he couldn’t say what he wanted/needed nor he could understand what they wanted from him. And they couldn’t switch him to a different group because it was the only group under UPK program. I decided to go to a different daycare, and asked if I could be refunded at least something, they were keep saying we’ll see what we can do, call us in week…
Then the owner was always unavailable They said they “don’t want to keep my money, we will work it out”. After weeks of me calling them, they gave me an email of their account, to contact him for a refund. After a few weeks he replied “we don’t do refunds”. I never received anything from them ever since. Greedy
