My client had an hair appointment mind you my client is disabled, she ended up being a little late about 15 to 20 mins so because she was late and i understand people need to be on time but you can’t rush a disabled person, but the way the manager was talking to us when we told her my client was late, she had an attitude towards us, and the way she acted about the situation was kinda rude, and snobbish. The hair stylist was nice about the situation and explained to us about nicer when we talked to her and was understandable about the situation.
Went there to get a balayage and I couldnt be more happy! They did a perfect job, I love the way my hair looks! Its just as I pictured it and how I wanted it. Theyre super good with their students, theres always instructors running around and watching and the balayage actually wasnt done by a student but one of the students watched to learn. I also go there to get my shellac manicure done. I cant believe that I get such high quality service for prices this low, its crazy and I love it!
My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures here on 4/30/2019. The girls were kind, friendly, thorough and very well-mannered. The owner and instructor are very much there for helping the students learn and grow. They have made lots of positive changes since taking over the hair school/salon. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it. It was clean, relaxing and very done after the recent remodeling. Such a great place for some mother daughter time. We will be going back lots more.
