i currently go to sunnyslope and i’ve been here for 3 torturous years and the only reason i went to slope is because of how many parents hyped up slope to my own parents as an educational, positive, motivational place. well i can say first hand every single one of those people are liars. straight facts. 95% of the teachers do not do their jobs and are drastically under qualified, for example: one teacher i had would leave halfway through our class to get starbucks and wouldn’t come back until after our class was long over. if you have inquires about the school don’t even bother trying to go into the office, the secretaries are downright disrespectful and rude. i could go on for hours but i’ll just leave it at this: going to slope has significantly decreased my will to live and my outlook on life, and has drastically deteriorated my mental health.
Sunnyslope high school is great if you’re on a sports/cheer team or if you’re close with those people. If you’re the other 80% who isn’t a football basketball or baseball player- this school is horrible. Sunnyslope is the kind of school that you think only exists in dramatic teenage movies. I never believed the kind of malicious things and people I’ve met existed in real life. The entire staff except for a few are horribly disrespectful, and the head of disciplinary has said things to me I could press charges for. The staff cuts corner for student athletes and turns a blind eye to severe bullying. Every single day at least one person is verbally attacked, and that’s not even counting the things that happen online. Do not go to slope if you value your mental health or want a quality education
This school is fantastic if you want to lose all will to live. You can’t go 30 seconds without hearing somebody say that they want to die. Nobody has any goals, nobody has any clue what they want to do with their lives, and everyone is having a terrible experience. Complete waste of the five semesters I have spent there so far.
