Barbara is a horrible manager and shouldnt be allowed to run a child care facility anywhere! Telling mothers how to raise their children with a mindset of loosening reigns for clingy children and pushing for unneeded additional medication to a sick child in order for staff to still come in to their continued short staffed facility while showing favoritism to other team members, allowing them to leave early, allowing them to be mean and detached from the students, and encouraging others to bring sick/injured children to school in order to have enough staff as well as make money for the children still coming and spreading illness and adding additional stress to staff is ridiculous. DCF should definitely look into this facility and a small portion of its staff that shouldnt be around others kids! Save yourselves the money and energy and take them elsewhere before Barbara tries to tell you how to parent or allows staff to harm your child.
Its unsanitary as a lot of team members arent cleaning and no one is stopping parents from bringing sick children there.
Barbara would rather a facility full of sick/injured people for the money than real concern for safety and CDC guidelines. As both a mother and retired preschool teacher this kind of behavior should be taken seriously and I encourage others to stay away.
