This place has been beyond good to my son and I , I need to name drop Mrs Tanya , Miss Tabi , Miss Jazmine . I thank all 3 of them from the bottom of my heart with everything in me they have made my sons preschool experience unforgettable. My son was very attached to me and I to him and I questioned this decision so much but they made me comfortable always ensuring me it was going to be ok as well as to my son I love the consistency of this place all the teachers are alike you can tell the training they receive is up to par I love that Mrs Tanya has a really long background in child care you always see her encouraging her staff giving them positive tips you see her encouraging her students and even parents they have there school set up so beautifully I’m so happy with my choice and anytime anything happens with my son they do not ever leave me wondering they let me know minor or big . I was that mom asking 50 million questions and I know I was a bother but they never made me feel that way by any means . At my sons parent conference I was so nervous but happy to hear my son was adjusting cause I did not expect that . Thank you Sunrise Preschool Goodyear ?? before I came I even checked online each audit and compliances and everything was so minor I’m happy my son was given the opportunity to be apart of sunrise family because it does feel like that . And for people who judge take a step in there shoes we need to be appreciative of our educators . It’s a hard job that nearly doesn’t pay enough . So happy with this place ?? Today really confirmed they can handle any situation ??

Had our 2 year old for less than 2 months there before we pulled him out. The teachers were kind which is why I gave this review any stars at all, but the place smells and it was always very dirty. The amount of time he spent at the actual daycare during those 2 months was very little. Due to the fact that they had a flood and closed for a whole week and of course we paid for that as well even though we had to pay for outside care during that week. We were constantly getting called about him being sick. I understand when he was actually sick but we kept getting called for pink eye even after I explained it wasn’t pink eye but seasonal allergies. Then getting constant complaints about our sons behavior. Whatever behaviors he learned was at daycare because he is the only child in our home there are only adults. He has been at home for 2 years so you would figure they would understand that getting used to being away from us was going to take time. That is the reason why you pay for daycare so they can care for his needs and help him get acclimated. Tanya “Director” is the worst one we had to deal with she was condescending, uncaring, and just straight out rude. She acts like she is doing you a favor! I am sorry but the amount of money they are charging and having to deal with people like Tanya in a rundown dirty location is not worth it! There are cheaper places around the Avondale area with better reviews. Probably a reason why these other places have waitlist. I will wait!

I’ve never experienced a preschool before. But unfortunately due to a natural water damage we had to relocate to another preschool for the meantime. When I got the chance to compare Sunrise Preschool (Dysart and Thomas) to another one hands down to the best team— Director and Staff! I’m so open-minded and understand everyone is human and we all have lives! But when I say admin and staff care about families they genuinely do! It’s the little things from walking in to a “Hey how are you” to “Have a good-night see you tomorrow”. My kids L O V E there teachers. To say they love walking out with a hug from the director as well. You just feel welcomed and everyone is just so caring! We all have flaws, we all have our rough days but that’s what a community is for. When you have a good team inside the preschool and outside which would be us as parents we grow together as a community, that’s what makes our kids feel safe and comfortable. From the bottom of our hearts we love each and one of our kids teachers. How creative they go with them regardless of the age and keep in mind my 1 year old comes with the cutest crafts! I’m just like WOW! Power to them, but they’re amazing!! Can’t thank you staff enough ???
