My son attended the Sunshine House for approximately 2 years. Unfortunately within those two years it was nothing but chaos, careless-ness and lacked professionalism from upper management and staff. The director, Ms Rechena; was very unethical, impolite and ill-mannered on several different occasions
My son was injured in the care of the Sunshine House, the explanation provided on their behalf was vague, I asked to see the footage and still have not been shown to this day; yet my son was left with bruises on his elbow. I chose to address the issues with corporate, but unfortunately Kristin didnt seem to eager to resolve any matters. As the issues continued to pile up, I immediately unenrolled my son from this faculty and it was the best decision going forward.
My newborn daughter started attending the Sunshine House at the end of October when she was 14 weeks old, and two months later we are still so incredibly happy with her experiences there! We love her teacher Ms. Lisa. Our daughter is so happy at drop off and at pick up, I love watching her interact with the other children in her class, and she’s done some really cute art projects. I’m a new Mom and I have especially appreciated the advice and information I’ve received about my daughter’s development as well as suggestions. The Sunshine House in Huntersville is a great community!
