Sunshine Learning Center is a great school. Upon entering the school, the facility security is remarkable. There is a high standard of cleanliness kept in the building. The staff is extremely friendly and caters to your scholars’ needs. The staff at Sunshine Learning Center is highly knowledgeable and trained in social emotional development and cognitive development to aid your child. Assessments are conducted regularly to track where little scholars are in their development. Each child is different, too where the result and outcomes will vary. My son is enrolled in their program at the age of two. He is always engaging in activities to improve his fine motor skills (proper grip mechanics when holding a pencils/crayons, writing/drawing, building with blocks and using safety scissors to cut lines) and gross motor skills (dance, hopping, jumping). Children are always socializing with each. Little scholars are taken to the backyard when the weather is warm and the school provides plan field trips. Teachers assist in potty training and other needs for your child. I would definitely recommend The Sunshine Learning to parents.
I have been with the learning center for Three years! This learning center has a dynamic of family, love and dedication. I appreciate all of the hard-work and effort they put in to loving and taking care of my child. They are like second mothers when the parents are not around. They make sure the children are safe and well prepared for their next journey. My oldest who just graduated from there still comes to visit to pick up her brother and its not she never left. They welcome everyone and make sure parents are comfortable with leaving their child in the center. Thank you sunshine learning center of Coney Island. I swear I dont know what I would do with out you ladies.. you guys are the best in every aspect!!!! Keep up the awesome job.
My twins had been in the facility since they were six months old. Throughout that time, I have gained wonderful relationships with the staff. They became family. Together we were able to help my children to succeed. I love the fact that the stuff is hands on and have open communication to the families so were all are on the same page with our children. The facility is clean, great with rules and authority and they always welcome everyone with open arms. I would highly recommend this Daycare to anyone, especially the parents who are like me that loves to be involved with activities and the things that goes on in the schools with our children.
