Unfortunately, nobody is answering the phone!

Unfortunately, there is no communication despite the many complaints and observations. The employee refuses to meet with the guardian, who hesitates to provide further observation and complaints. In addition to paying fees for additional activities, the program is not offered, and the nursery refuses to issue a refund.

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would give them a negative rating. This is by far the worst place to send your child. They shouldn’t call themselves an educational institution.

My experience is horrible. They have zero communication with me as a parent and are so careless about the well-being of the children. They gave my child food that she was allergic to, even though I was continuously warning them not to give my child anything without my permission. This sent her to the hospital for a week. Thank God she is fine now.

The class’s teacher is so rude, and she is constantly shouting at the kids. The children are terrified when they see her. She calls my child naughty and hit her on different occasions. I learned this from my child and immediately stopped sending her to the nursery.

From the day I registered, the Arabic teacher had a disrespectful attitude. I complained to the management, but they didn’t seem to care enough to do anything about it. What was I expecting from them after this incident? I regret all the days we had to deal with such people. They are the most expensive nursery, and they claim to be the best, yet they don’t even know how to treat children.

Don’t send your child there, and don’t be fooled by the nice buildings and neat outdoor area. The staff, including the management, are the worst.

Just amazing! My daughter loves going to this nursery. They have various activities for kids. I highly recommend enrolling your child in this nursery.

Now this nursery has improved a lot since last year. They have a very nice, experienced, Emirati English teacher. She is very nice and creative. My kids love her the most, and she is running the organization very well. If you all have any problems, speak with this Emirati teacher; she is very good. I recommend you all join SBN for your kids’ brighter future. This nursery is the best in town, and my child enjoys learning with her teacher.
