The Superior School of Real Estate owner and instructor Chanda Davis, and her team (Dawn Ward, Von Lanier) are top notch in teaching, caring, and supporting!
Seeing “Chanda Davis Real Estate” signs and her picture all around town on everything, you would think she would be arrogant; however, she is so cool and down to earth. You can definitely tell she was a teacher before because of the way she does different things to keep you involved in the training she is providing. Her classes were very interactive and enjoyable. People have different learning skills and she touches each of them during the classes. She would stop to ensure that the “one person” having problems understood instead of just pressing forward… leaving no one behind in learning. Being prior military, I love that concept! Her storylines were actual events that had occurred in her life and they helped me to garner an improved knowledge of that part of the lesson she was teaching. I do not know what other schools are doing, but I am sure they cannot strike a match to the superior teachings that Chanda puts down for the lessons. I’ve also looked at the stats of all of the other schools in the U.S. Here number percentages (first time pass rate and overall pass rate) are astounding! That, in itself, tells you that she is really good at what she does.

She has so much fire for the business and fuels your tank with that same fire! In her class you are a person, a future realtor and not just a number and a paycheck!

I am surely glad that I chose to take her class instead of another. I, like many other reviews you have read, passed the Real Estate Exam on my first try and with a lot of time to spare!

Superior School of Real Estate’s owner/instructor Chanda Davis and her team Dawn Ward, Von Lanier, and Sheena Collier certainly epitomize the name! They are each dedicated and committed to the success of their students. Chanda has a teaching style that is unsurpassed she is well-deserving of the many accolades she has received. Chanda’s passion for RE is contagious and her transparency is inspiring. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and effectively uses real-life experiences to make the course relatable, applicable, and comprehensive. Thanks to Chanda’s devotion, great notes, and test-taking tips I passed the salesperson exam on my first attempt with 70 minutes to spare!
Upon completion of this course, you too will be well-prepared to take and pass the exam.
I highly recommend SSRE to all persons interested in pursuing a career in RE in the state of Alabama!!!
