When our son started to struggle with trigonometry, we reached out to Sylvan and was quickly contacted by the director of the Gulfport, MS office, Mrs. Bridgett Harger. She spoke to my husband and I regarding our concerns and followed up by talking with our son and getting his viewpoint and his concerns. Mrs. Bridgett was thorough and extremely helpful in getting the ball rolling to help our son. Mrs. Bridgett paired our son with Mrs. Valarie, and we love her! Mrs. Valarie has made a connection with our son and has helped him find something valuable he hasn’t had in a long time when working in math, confidence! I haven’t seen my son smile in such a long time when it comes to math; I wish you could have seen his smile when he made his first 100. His grades are coming up and there isn’t such a fight to get him to do the work in this subject. Thank you, Mrs. Bridgett and Mrs. Valarie, for the time and effort you have put into this. We appreciate you more than you know!
Hi I’m a student at Sylvan. I think the tutoring helped with my math skills and things I struggled with in math. Ever since I began my tutoring I’ve noticed improvement in my math skills.

As the the parent…. Bridgette is amazing. My child has some math challenges from COVID period… she is just now catching up with help of Sylvan. I am very pleased with her confidence and progress. The tutoring is priceless to know my child is gaining math skills.
