I’ve been wait my offer for almost one month, every time I called them, they just check one document, very sloooowwww. I almost give up my application…. Until today I called them again, toooo lucky Elodie answered my phone call, checked all my documents just in half hour, and DONE! Got the offer straight away!!! Again Thank you Elodie!
Called Tafe 5 times, I just realized you just need to be luck enough to get right person to answer the phone call to get offer!!!

Seems they are lacking proper management and structure (At least in the enrolment team) After 2 months of waiting they are still processing my enrolment that of which starts in 5 days… Many phone calls and promises later, still waiting.
Very much wishing the Tafe has the funding to overhaul the staff and rebuild with competent team. Goodluck to anyone else trying to further thier education, I feel your pain.

My daughter applied for a beauty course, subsequently un-enrolled by TAAFE after successfully applying the first time. We were told that she had to be un enrolled from School prior to applying so the initial application was cancelled, despite me stating to staff that she would be finishing school prior to commencing TAAFE however this was unsatisfactory. Re-applied after proving by evidence by way of a letter from the school then we were told that we had to now pay full price with no guarantee of a place despite being told she had to un enrol from school first. Spent over 1.5 hours on the phone to TAAFE to rectify this issue. With less than a week before commencement of the course asked to purchase items that total over $500 . This can prove challenging in a very short time frame. Conflicting information in emails, regarding timetables. Causing much stress for my daughter. Sorry TAAFE Qld just not good enough very disorganised. Poor service.

Tried to enroll in a white card course (1day course) online. I didn’t hear anything back, I tried to login but apparently my email is registered but I don’t exist at the same time. I called up and they said I was missing 1 documents for proof of identity when I know I sent everything.. how am I ment to login when there system won’t let me and resend the Medicare doc card. I also can’t re apply because apparently I’m already registered but when I go to login, my email or student id doesn’t exist. I even received the course application confirmation email but no email regarding a document not being there. Clearly it’s your system and not my documents. I have 2 certificates and 2 diplomas with other institutions and I’ve never in my life have came across such a useless system. It shouldn’t be this hard and your 1300 number shouldn’t be so useless at there job. I hope my passport, drivers licence etc data you have on your useless system is safe.
