I was sitting in the parking lot with my windows down at Biolife which is right next to Tender Times day care. It’s 66° outside and while I could not see the baby, I could hear a baby crying. It was crying for over 10 minutes… The entire time I was sitting outside in my car. I finally yelled over there asking if anybody was taking care of that poor crying child, and why they weren’t comforting the baby and then almost immediately after that, the baby quit crying. (Which leads me to believe that this child was obviously being ignored and allowed to cry for those long 10 minutes.)

I would check into this if you take your children or child to “Tender Times” in Janesville, Wi.

I have video (with sound) if anyone has an infant there (or a young baby) & you’d like to see if it was your child crying.

My kids have been going here for over a year and they love it (especially during the summer because they get to go on field trips)! The teachers update me throughout the day and I can even reach someone after hours if need be. They’ve been very patient with my special needs child and even helped me find professional help for him. I would recommend this daycare!
