By far the worst school I have ever dealt with. The office staff are unwelcoming and rude absolutely no people skills. My child whom is a heart patient turned blue and had trouble breathing and they failed to call 911 and instead waited for us to pick her up, they had a computer glitch which lost her medical papers on food allergies and her teacher was giving her foods which landed her in the hospital. Prior to this there were no issues however the current principal is incompetent and not once offered an apology or asked if my daughter was alright. The nurse was assisting me and even at her urging the principal did not call me to discuss the situation. Not to mention there was not much education going on mostly just prepping for the state test. Horrible school.
Where to start? If you want a school that lets someone walk out with your child without showing identification, walk into campus with out signing in or showing ID, teachers that lecture you on the amount of time spent with your own children, a principal that tells you not to cheer for your children during an awards assembly, lets children get away with talking about sex to other children, blows up your work and cell phone for EVERY little thing that happens to your children on the playground, belittles you and your children, does not do kindergarten graduation because they feel it “sets children up for unrealistic expectations for their future years” then this is the school for you. This past year has been the BIGGEST headache I’ve experienced from any school, EVER.
The teacher named Walker is awful. She tells inappropriate stories about her childhood and plays favorites with the students in her classroom. She thinks she’s wonderful, but she’s condescending and shallow.
