I am sooo disappointed with this place. I’ve been on the waitlist for over a year and they just informed me that I will have to pay them $50 to stay on their waitlist BEFORE I get any chance to tour or find out anything more about this school. They’ve conveniently scheduled the cutoff to pay the money for just before their open house. They came highly recommended to me and the conversation I had with their previous director was lovely, but they’re under new management now, and the tactics they’re using are beyond concerning. No way am I sending my child to a preschool that cares more about money than kids and families.

Edited to clarify that the $50 they’re asking for isn’t to register my child, it’s just to keep my child on their waitlist with no guarantee of ever getting a spot there. I find it really suspicious that they want parents to pay first before they’ll allow anyone to tour, talk to caregivers, or otherwise verify that this school might be a good fit for their child. They said I was welcome to come to their open house AFTER I paid, but if I didn’t pay now they’d take me off their waitlist after I’ve been on it for over a year. This sounds like an attempt to take advantage of the many desperate parents who are on their waitlist. I’m a single mom who needs a care center that takes the ECECD assistance and people like me have no choice but to fall prey to this kind of nonsense. Shame on them for exploiting the most vulnerable in our community. Definitely not the kind of people I want to serve as role models for my young child.

Horrible daycare, preschool and Temple. Just save yourself time and sanity by avoiding them completely. I originally applied for daycare and paid the $50 for the ‘waitlist’ in 2021 only to be told I didn’t make it onto the list but that I would be added to the following year. In 2022 I reached back out to the school several times and received no response from the director Lee, or any staff. In 2023 my family joined the Temple, which costs thousands, and were added for a third time to the ‘waiting list’ only to not get in. And then finally in 2024 we heard for the FIRST time from the daycare that we were on the ‘waiting list’ for the 2024-2025 fall daycare. At this point though my family had decided to move because we couldn’t find daycare or preschool – because over three years had passed. We received NO apology or excuse from the Temple or the daycare for their lack of communication or for years passing. They don’t appear to care about their Temple members let alone regular citizens in the community.
