Let me tell my story. Bus locator had wrong bus # and bus times on website. So my kids missed the bus 2 days. I called and after the 3rd day discovered they bus actually came 40 mins earlier, which means we were missing the bus and my kids are on the bus over an hour to get to school. Texted my kids to ride the bus home
only to have the bus driver put my kids out in a random location 10 minutes away from my apartments. I called multiple times, had the school reach out and not one person replied to the emails I was CCd in. Had to take a day off work to physically stand outside and talk to bus driver myself. She said she picks my kids up for school but shes not routed to take them home. Called again to try and figure out what bus they ride home only to not talk to anyone that could confirm anything. Finally talked to someone Tuesday who told me they was on the correct bus, but the bus driver did not know she was suppose to bring them home. So to sum everything up
this company is a complete mess. I expect confusion and tardiness at the beginning of any school year, but I never expected this much. I did expect a follow up and reassurance that my kids would make it home safely
but it never happened. If I wasnt a single mother from Michigan
my kids would not be riding their bus!
Bus drivers are consistent at being late to pick up children for and from school. And they don’t communicate their failure to the school, which penalizes the student for the missed classes.
Today, 2nd day of school, my daughter has been standing at the bus stop for 45 minutes. Bus was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. So that means she doesn’t get to eat breakfast before classes begin.
I tried calling their customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes until they told me the buses can be up to 1.5 hours late and we just have to deal with it.
Clearly, there is an issue with this company.
Today, the bus driver just decided not to pick up any of the kids at our stop. Apparently he made a few pick-ups then just decided the rest didn’t matter. I just can’t begin to comprehend the level of incompetence of the people responsible for the care of our children.

LISD bus 342 never showed this morning. Bus barn employees are absolutely useless. Called them and they tried to claim that the kids were late to the stop! No ma’am. They were there at 7 am excitedly waiting. All 7 elementary kids waited outside for 45 minutes. Several calls made to school and bus company. Bus never showed and it’s not surprising as this bus is 20+ minutes late for pick up and drop off almost everyday. How are these people allowed to drive children around is beyond me and the fact that LISD has been made aware of city wide issues with this bus company yet they still use them is sickening.
