My daughter is going through aesthetician courses and left her jacket at her work station and when she realized it it was too late and some one stole it. These jackets cost $35 dollars and are not paid for by the school. Yes you can say it is only $35 but when Val and her husband charge these students thousands of dollars, you’d think they would just give them these jackets! My daughter works hard for what is hers and she thought she could go to Val and it be handled better, but she told my daughter that after reviewing the cameras it was way too dark to see anything in that specific area of the room and there’s nothing else she will do about it. If this happened to their personal belongings or anyone else, they would be all over it!
I went in for a dramatic haircut and they fit me in and did a fantastic job. I didn’t mind the longer time to get my hair done because they were learning and it was a very complex style. I have never been disappointed and I was so happy with my happy with my hair that I got a manicure which was wonderful as well. You cannot beat the price on all the services and they are very sanitary and clean as well. The bathrooms were very well kept and clean as well. The vibe and environment is very appealing and professional. They do sell hair and nail products as well.
Right now it seems as if they’ve been closed for the last week, not sure when they will open again. I’ve gone in there several times I don’t have to wait very long. be sure to call ahead and make an appointment it’s a lot easier. I’ve had no problems with my hair had to go back in for a retouch once and they didn’t make me pay extra. Students are usually friendly. Just make sure you tell me exactly what it is that you want maybe you can show a picture.
