Great school size, I like that there aren’t as many students in each class, versus typical public school. My child struggles with sensory sensitivities, smaller is better. Some staff have attitude, I don’t appreciate it especially when it’s my child’s first year. Not all children are the same. Wish they had more training for children with beginning recognition for special needs or other accommodations. Be great motto Is something I’m not too fond of. They need to consider children with disabilities that may have worser days. Kids have a difficult time struggling with their own disadvantages. The 504 grading is extremely different then normal public school.
My son has been attending TPS for the last few years, since he was 4. He had a difficult time the first couple of years but the teachers never gave up on him. Now that we are nearing the end of 1st grade, his reading is above his grade level and he is one of the top in his class. I appreciate the staff who have had patience with my son and I LOVE the fact that there are so many opportunities to learn additional skills, such as learning musical instruments. My son loves attending TPS!
