I flew down to Miami for the exam, I had so much anxiety. When I showed up to the exam the site was down and Katherine did everything she could to get my exam set up and she did. In the middle of my exam the site would not load and she helped me with that as well. During the waiting period to take the exam she kept me calm and relaxed and made me laugh and I felt so much better. 10/10 experience with her!
The staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home. This is a test center however I felt at ease and stress free from the kindness and support the staff gave. The test center is also nice and I would definitely come back here again for my exams.
The front desk lady Catherine is amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and positive. She made an already tense and difficult situation of taking a test, extremely pleasant and helped ease a lot of stress with her positive demeanor and advise
