I did the ‘Introduction to Bread Making’ and can’t recommend it highly enough. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and you learn so much!
What a wonderful experience . Today I have been on the introduction to bread making day . As a a complete novice it was just as good for me as the experienced bread makers on the course . I learned so much – had great practical experience and came home with plenty of delicious bread to share with my family . No food mixers are used , just high quality ingredients and old fashioned methods supported by Richard . Highly recommended day in Bath .

Fantastic one day bread making course, just long enough to improve knowledge and technique you are allowed to record on a mobile to reflect on later, food obviously is provided.
A wonderful day that sets you up to become a breadmaking wizard! Richard is a great teacher and has a huge amount of knowledge. Merci beaucoup Richard – I can’t wait to have another crack at the dough!
