I took and passed both A+ here at the Academy and I am really impressed and grateful for the polite and professional treatment here in the Nw 7sr Miami office.
Special thanks to Katherine for being my proctor and for reminding to read the questions carefully and more than once, and to think positive, prior to the exams. Also, a special thanks to Marcelle for contacting Student Services on my behalf and helping me get more information for the my next steps. Another special thanks to Joshua for helping me collect study materials for my next exams. Any help is appreciated!

So far I’m in my 7th week of classes and it’s been great. The instructors are not only knowledgeable on the subjects they are teaching but are actual veterans in the field. They are polite and take the time to make sure that their students are grasping the knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen industry. I am taking the Network Technician certification courses and would definitely recommend The Academy to those who are looking at making a great career in the Networking and IT fields.
It’s so good, I thought it was a scam. They covered my AWS practicioner and I have my Sec+ next week. Then I’ll pursue my CCNA. All covered by the academy. I’m extremely grateful and I do my best to encourage anyone interested in a career in IT to attend.
