Our daughter just graduated the Foundaton High School after attending the Foundation lower, middle, & high school for 13 years – she had the best high school experience she could possibly have- she thoroughly enjoyed being with her peers, in a fun, energetic, loving, & nurturing environment participating in work study, community service & service projects, academics, art classes, performances, life skills program, cooking, frequent meaningful field trips, all sorts of celebrations throughout the years, daily hands-on/experiential learning opportunities, high school rec nights with her peers, & the prom every year- my daughter grew beautifully in this program, made many friends, gained a lot of independence & received a lot of behavioral support throughout the years because of all the dedicated, patient, kind, compassionate, & hard working teachers, staff members & unit directors- we sincerely can’t thank them enough- These people are angels & have become a meaningful extension of our family – the peace of mind we had knowing our daughter was safe, loved, & accepted while in their care was invaluable- they were always accessible through phone, text, & email which added to our peace of mind- our daughter gained a wonderful sense of self esteem & confidence because of how encouraging & enthusiastic the entire team is- however hard it is to leave, our daughter is prepared for her post 21 program & we were given an enormous amount of support setting her up for success in her next program- we will dearly miss seeing them all everyday as they brought so much light into our daughter’s life as well as our family’s – we are blessed to have them as long as we did.

Simply the most wonderful school, staff and personalized education program anyone could hope for. Our son has attended for 15 years. If I could give 10 stars ..20..I would based on our experience, each and every year. A completely personalized approach to education. There is very low staff turnover, so relationships are meaningful between teachers, student and parents. The administration could not be more responsive. All of the parents I know feel the same way about the program and staff. We have jumped through hoops to enable our kids to attend, driving from towns all over the state to enable our kids to benfit from the specialized education they receive. We are very grateful for The Foundation School, and everyone there. Administrators. Teachers. Students. Families. Thank you!

It is an amazing school. It Is unbelievable what the students have been able to accomplish while attending the Foundation School, thanks to the staff and the program.
