This school is absolutely outrageous. I sent my lovely daughter here to learn how to make friends, but it was the opposite!! She came home after the FIRST day and had told me all about what had happened!!! She ended up getting shoved, bullied, kicked, choked, and got waterboarded in a toilet by a fellow student. This is horrific, I will not be coming again.
My children went to friends boarding school because we live up in the NT and it was OVERPRICED 40,000 a year 10,000 a term CRAZY they were treated with disrespect and bullied would NOT recommend.
School keeps increasing student intake but does not cater to adequate parking. Scum teaching staff don’t even know how to park in their lots. Teaching standards are falling badly this year. Pathethic!
This school is the only Quaker school in Australia. Tasmania has been described as the cradle of Quakerism because of the Quaker connections with the early European settlements. This school is a rewarding place to learn, a supportive environment. This school seeks to help students develop into men and women who will think clearly, act with integrity, make decisions for themselves, be sensitive to the needs of others and the environment, be strong in service and hold a global perspective.
They spend all of the parents’ money on making sure the students call the teachers by their first name (xD)
