Ever since we started with Goddard in 2021, they have been amazing with our child’s growth and education. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The teachers are wonderful with the kids, the owner is very involved and loves chatting with parents. The school has a parents association that helps plan events and encourages parents to get more involved. The apps the school uses helps me stay connected with the teachers because drop off and pick up can be hectic some days, so if I don’t remember to tell the teacher something I can just leave it in a message for them. I also get super cute pictures of my child doing school work or playing with friends. It’s really nice to feel involved when I can’t actually be there in person. The price is worth the great experience they proved to us.
My son started at the Goddard School in November 2012. He attends part time and they were very Flexible with his start date and the schedule we chose. Overall my experience with the school has been positive. There was, and continues to be, a bit of turnover in the first class he was in, but he has since progressed to another room and the experience and stability of the teachers in that room and the environment they create has helped him flourish. The school is less than 2 years old and kinks are still being worked out but I feel they do their best to communicate changes, set up activities (for children and parents) and and create a good environment. The facility is new so it is nice and clean, parking can be an issue but overall it has been a good fit for our family.
My son (currently 23 months old) has been going to this particular Goddard School since he was 14 months old (before that we lived in another city) and so far we have been very happy. It is a newer facility and has experienced some growing pains (communication issues mainly, but mostly minor stuff), but overall we’ve been happy with my son’s care. They are good about storing and warming up whatever food we bring for him and I get a full report of what he did and didn’t eat, diaper changes, naps, activities, etc. The teachers are friendly and seem to clearly enjoy being around the children. Plus they do a lot of “extra” activies – water play days in the summer, they had a fire truck come, a police car, etc. I would definitely recommend it to others.
