This school kept sending my autistic son home, even when he wasn’t putting hands on other children. Sometimes we were called 10 minutes after drop off to pick up. The manager, Katrina, did not verify that my sons father put the court order on file (he did not) and violations have happened. And then all of a sudden, they said my son can’t come back because “I was being very confrontational” when I was actually asking all of the important questions like WHY have you been releasing my son to his grandmother and calling and texting her first when it’s states on the court order she is not supposed to be involved in daycare activities. She said “you have a court order? We don’t have that on file.” She finally said “it is what it is, im not gonna argue with you on the phone, he needs to be picked up.” My sons father signed him up because it was my day to have our son and there was no way I was going to be able to keep him still during the paperwork. I trusted him to give her the court order and I trusted the daycare to do it’s due diligence and VERIFY whether there is a court order. They did not do that. As soon as I brought up the court order, she terminated our contract and said it was due to me being confrontational. If she considers what I was doing confrontational, she shouldn’t work in childcare, because I was asking very important questions that she didn’t have answers to. NOW CPS has been called on me and a letter sent to my sons father. That is disgusting behavior and we are taking action. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE if you want to continue living a normal life. Also, I heard them yelling at my child several times down the hall and saw them carry him like a rag doll. Not a place for any special needs child. We feel extremely discriminated against and have made a report. We will also be taking action against what has happens to us here. Katrina is an awful person.

My granddaughters have attended Goddard for the last 5 years. This school provided excellence in education and caring for the students above all else. I was drawn to write this review because of the bad reviews I was reading about this fabulous business. There are over 120 kids at any one time at this school and this school receives high parental ratings consistently which are sent directly to their corporate offices. DHS comes often for random audits and the results are posted (no noncompliances) meaning no issues and they share those results with their parents at an anytime. They are proud to be so successful in meeting their parents expectations and state required regulations ensuring safety. It is just a shame a couple of folks can try and harm this business. Especially when they poorly reviewed their last daycare as well. Be sure and check the facts with DHS and Goddard before making the very important decision of your child’s care.

Decided to add more here since a lot more bad review’s are coming to light! Allergies are not taken in for consideration, they fed them to my son, then lied about it! If you or your husband ask questions even in a nice tone you are confrontational and will get excused immediately! Brittney and Katrina are horrible to deal with and always have an attitude, they won’t listen and just yell or back chat you, and they don’t make sense! The recent review’s are very true and take warning! Your kids aren’t safe here!

Am at a new school and we are absolutely loving it! Never an issue with allergies or diaper rash! Never having my kid sent home 1-2 times a week for sickness! They are expensive with a low quality of care and no professionalism here at Goddard!
