I could write a novel about how much I LOVE The Goddard School in Rock Hill. My daughter started at The Goddard School when she was 19 months old. Up until that point she was being cared for full time by my mother. She was my first child and I had never thought about what I would do when it was time for her to go to daycare/school. I started my search online and I read so many wonderful things about The Goddard School. So, I decided to contact them and Ms. Amy was so responsive. She answered all of my pressing questions and set up a date and time for us to meet and for me to tour the school. I was so impressed the second I saw the school. Then, when I walked in I saw how clean, modern and well kept it was and the classrooms and the play area were just incredible. I was also very impressed with the security at the doors. That was very important to me and my husband. Every staff member that I met was so warm and welcoming and every single parent that I passed while on the tour stopped me in my tracks to tell me how much they love The Goddard School and how much their children love attending school there every day. In the five months that my daughter has been attending The Goddard School, she has impressed me more than ever. I see a drastic change in her desire to learn, try new words and in her social interactions. She comes home every day in such a great mood. I also love the daily reports that they send home. They are such a wonderful glimpse into her day. These reports include pictures and a memorable moment specific for my child and I really look forward to reading them every night. I feel like we are a part of a big family at The Goddard School. Every teacher knows my child’s name, regardless if she is in their class and every time I walk in I am greeted by the friendly staff. They’ve made this very tough transition so much easier on me, my husband and of course my daughter. I could go on and on about how much this school means to my family. I highly recommend The Goddard School! It was the best decision that we have made so far for my daughter! You will not be disappointed in the care and level of education that your child will receive.

We have sent three kiddos to the Goddard school in Rock Hill and have been a part of the community since 2012. Every teacher knows our kids’ names, their quirks, and understands their personalities. There is consistency in the staff so many of the teachers feel like part of our family as they have watched/are watching all of our kids grow up.

Our oldest was very well prepared for kindergarten and our youngest two love sharing what they learn there. Additionally, we’ve had friends referred to the Goddard school for children who may have a tougher time making smart choices because of how well Goddard positively reinforces good behavior. Also-they potty trained our younger two seamlessly!

Beyond that, the facility is clean, light, and the kids spend lots of time outdoors on age appropriate play equipment.
