My son loves this school he’s doing really well with his English and when we asked for a meeting with his teacher about his maths she met up with us and explained how he was doing and offered more help cant ask for more than that. the new head mistress is firm but fair and is really moving the school forward we are so happy that our daughter is starting in September
This new review is an amendment to the incorrect one star rating that appeared by myself about 8 months ago. I’m not sure how it happened and I believe it was posted by another in error. This mistake has prompted me into giving the correct review in my personal opinion.

I have been working with The Kingfisher School for 4 years and during this time I have witnessed the most amazing, continuing improvements in all areas such as it’s education, ethos and facilities.

This school should fill any existing and potential parent with confidence.

The improvements of this school are largely down to the guidance of the CGS Trust senior management and the hard work of the head of school and teaching staff.

Currently The Kingfisher school is undergoing a rebuild and I’m sure when its finished it will be a fantastic modern school.

Parents beware the head teacher at this school is an Iranian racist, he was absolutely horrible to my family and me . Save yoursevles the time and frustration. just FYI for all you parents who are thinking about sending your childern to this school. The building is old and very dirty and they made us wait 45 standing up before they would give us a tour and the Head teacher was just very rude and disrespectful.
I’m afraid to even think about how they treat the children at that school.
Fantastic school, could do with being a little more consistent with teachers but apart from that, the school is ran very well. The food is great, all staff are friendly.
Well my son loves it there there’s a new head and she is showing she meens business. I’ve been amazed how well his spelling and grammar is much better than mine
