I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the exceptional work being done at The Learning Experience – Apopka, particularly by one of your outstanding teachers, Mikayla Williams.

In the time that my three-year-old toddler has been in her class, Mikayla has consistently demonstrated an unwavering dedication to her role as an educator. Her commitment to the well-being and growth of each child in her class is truly remarkable. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, ensuring that not only are the children’s educational needs met, but also their emotional and personal development are nurtured with care and compassion.

Mikayla’s ability to connect with her students on a personal level is evident in the way she understands their feelings, stimulates their intellect, and values them as individuals. This holistic approach to teaching creates a warm and supportive environment where children can thrive and flourish.

I believe it’s crucial to acknowledge and celebrate the exceptional educators who make a positive impact on our children’s lives, and Mikayla Williams is undoubtedly one of them. Her dedication, passion, and genuine love for her students shines through in everything she does, and I am grateful that my son has had the privilege of being under her guidance. Mikayla is – without a doubt – a tremendous asset for TLE.

I loved this school when both my girls started here along the months came along where my oldest presented out of the blue a behavioral issue. The things I observed while her behavior issues began to be an issue but instead of the staff helping us out they blamed my child for everything that present in this time frame. The teachers didn’t have structure in their classrooms let the kids run wild no way to calm these children down. Everytime I would pick my girls up in the afternoon the classrooms were never in order. Being that my child is a minority I felt they didn’t handle my child’s behavior situation well no help was offered no resources were given only recommendation was to get my child tested for IEP (being she excelled in her academics was scoring high in all areas ) they still wanted to blame and say they couldn’t help us with this matter and was dismissed due to her behavior first incident occurred oct 2023 by Nov 2023 they dismissed her. Months later I enrolled her elsewhere and since November my child has not had a behavioral issue. I feel this school just wants tuition which is fairly expensive but not to actually help your child with resources to grow and flourish. Th en on top of the madness hand to be on top of them for a whole two weeks because they took tuition still after dismissing her.

I regret to share a disappointing experience with “The Learning Experience.” Over almost two years, we witnessed a decline in quality. High turnover rates left the center with inexperienced staff, and communication was consistently poor. Morning drop-offs were chaotic, with an inadequate teacher-to-child ratio. Price hikes occurred annually, and the promised curriculum was often neglected. The VPK program being on probation raised concerns, and incidents of children getting hurt without clear explanations added to the dissatisfaction. Our “learning experience” was mainly about what to avoid in a child care provider. Also most of these reviews are of parents who’ve been requested to leave them, take them with a grain of salt.
