We had a great experience at TLE. Our daughter started at TLE when she was 4 months old. The staff and teachers were very accommodating of her food allergies and did a fantastic job with developmental-appropriate activities. Moreover, Wendi and the teachers were always willing to meet if we had any questions. We are moving to a different state, and sad to leave TLE behind, but our daughter, now nearly 2, was always excited and happy to go into daycare every day. There’s no doubt it is stressful to drop your little one off at daycare for the first time, but trust that your baby will be in good hands at TLE.
The Learning Experience in Chapel Hill has been a wonderful place to have my 1-year-old and 3-year-old boys. The staff has been extremely friendly and easy to work with, and both my sons have felt safe and at home with their teachers and classroom environments. The curriculum also strikes a healthy balance between providing structure and stimulating creativity. I would happily recommend TLE to other families looking for full-time daycare.
Ms. Ebony is an amazing preschool teacher. She manages a group of 3-4 year olds better than I could ever imagine, and she teaches with kindness and thoughtfulness. I’m constantly surprised by the things my child shares with me that they learned in Ms. Ebony’s class, and Ms. Ebony always finds ways to engage the class whether it’s studying mealworms, drawing friendship pictures for classmates, or working in centers.
