Under the new management of Heather, this TLE Keller is a terrible facility! Heather, the Director and Sarah at the front desk are very rude. They don’t care about the kids. I wish I could give Zero stars or Negative stars for this Rating.

Under Old Management: When we started our 2-year old son TLE Keller day care in April under previous management, we really loved this facility because the previous manager, Laurie was great. One time, we even saw her rocking our son to sleep because he had difficulty sleeping that day. She was just super sweet. We never heard a single complaint from the facility then.

Under the New Management: The management changed sometime in May. Contrary to the above, the new management is HORRIBLE! Relentlessly, Heather complained about our kid every single day. This is a 2-year old we are talking about.
Our child had gone from home daycare to a child care facility this year. So, he had some difficulty adjusting and needed some TLC to get adjusted. But he wasn’t getting any at this facility.
My wife had made arrangements with Heather that when she drops off our son in the morning, she would spend 15-20 minutes to get him adjusted, and would pick him up a little early until he gets adjusted, even though we pay for all-day. My wife did her part. But Heather just cared about the kid getting picked up and didn’t do anything to improve our kid’s situation. Even if my wife had left around 9 after spending sometime in the morning, she would get a call just after 11 am to pick him up.

Inconsistent Practices: They told us that it is their policy to have the kid dropped off by 9 am. However, we have noticed few other parents dropping off their kids even until 10:30 am while we were sitting in her office. One time, we were told to return home when we went to drop off our son at 9:05 am. My spouse and I both have full-time jobs. Heather just said they are staff kids or they had made arrangement. When asked proof, she showed me none. Heather is a big liar. She just didn’t like our kid. She wanted us to pay the tuition but just not bring him in.

Constant Staff Turn Over: Generally, Kids get comfortable with 1 or 2 teachers and once they like them, they look forward to going to the day care because of them. At TLE Keller, Staff changes during the morning, afternoon, and evening. Due to poor management under Heather, there is constant turn over of Staff. My child just didn’t want to go to this day care because every time, it is a different teacher, except for one teacher in the morning.

Unkempt: My son always had a runny nose when we pick him up. They don’t even bother to clean the kid at least before pick up time.
I would never trust my kids with a Manager like Heather and under her management, the TLE Keller.

I really would like to write to the Owner of this facility to improve the operation of this daycare.

Not that daycares are new to us. We have a 8 year old and we know how daycares play an important role in a child’s development.
Here at The learning Experience – keller, the management is just atrocious. Class teachers are ok but the Manager Heather is just ridiculous and has the ability to sabotage a child.
I joined my kid in April, in the first 1 months the management was so good, my kid was adjusting. We have a speech therapist that goes in to talk to the kid. The management was very helpful accommodating the 30 min session.
Around mid May, the management changed and this new manager Heather came on board. My kids speech therapist was also not given permission to perform her duties. My son is just 2, an age where he cant even express his feeling. As soon as I drop my kid off, less than hour I get a call from them stating the he is pulling hair, dislocating figures, pulling out eyeballs ect and I need to pick him up ASAP. Just to keep thing in perspective, my son is two year old.
Heather is very impatient and arrogant. To help the situation, I said, I will stay few mins at the drop off make sure he is calm and come pick him up at noon for few days so that it be can be transition. I requested, as I parent I will do this and as a teacher I asked there help to be patient.
Heather has no intention of helping us, she just wanted my kid to be out of the daycare. 11:30 I get a reminder call stating that I need to pick up my kid at 12. I am supposed to drop my kid before 9 AM, in the mean while I see parents dropping of there kids even at 10: 30 AM. She successfully and seamlessly managed to show us hell in a very short period. I will never recommend this daycare under Heather’s management. She gets upset if we don’t pick up the kid as soon as we get a call. We work far away and it takes time for us to come and get him.
My mom instinct says that he doesn’t eat breakfast or lunch all day at the daycare. At the end of the day I see him so hungry and cranky. I have a feeling that something terrible happened at the daycare for him to hate it so much after the management changed.
The owners should seriously consider changing the management.
