Nothing beats the feeling of knowing your kids are well taken care of and loved at childcare! I have to say the staff here is exceptional. My toddler this first month had an upset tummy here and there as she was getting used to new routines and foods and had a potty accident or two. Ive walked in to pick her up early to see Miss Addy rocking her after having cleaned up her accident and soothing her because my toddler woke up from her nap surprised to find out shed had an accident! Anyone who will clean up your childs #2 and comfort them like their own child is just a 10/10 in my book! I know everyone is fighting for spots for Montessori and believe me I was too-but Im so glad that we are here because I go to work with complete peace of mind when Im at work! Oh and every time I drop her off they ask questions about what her needs are for the day and Im always seeing them offer her all kinds of snacks and foods! My 3 year old has never been to any kind of care before and we transitioned beautifully. The big thing for me is peace of mind. The staff are so great with the kids and it just shows. This is giving Montessori a run for its money
Love this daycare and so does our daughter! We switched over from another daycare 2 months ago and have been happy with the variety of activities the kids are exposed to, the number of picture updates we get throughout each day, and the reliability as well as friendliness of the staff. I was initially a little hesitant about the use of screen time, but its not for long and the content is good (you can check out the content on the TLE app), and their day is rich with other educational activities. I love the little themes each day like learning bag day on Fridays where kids bring items from home for show n tell, or kids are asked to wear something and you get a cute picture of them all matching. The kids all seem well behaved and Jen and Juliana are awesome, helping our daughter feel better at drop offs when shes having a rough morning.
They even threw an amazing holiday party this past weekend that we had a blast at. 3 hours of entertainment for our toddler with different daycare rooms set up for bouncy house, pictures with Santa, arts and crafts, cookies and movie. The staff was all dressed up in character and it was so festive!
The Learning Experience (TLE), Parsippany, is so much more than a daycare and a school! Warmth radiates therein. We only recently started attending, but I feel confident that it is the best place for my infant boy. The aura of the place, the genuinely warm and welcoming staff, the equipments, the clean facility, all helped me easily decide to enroll my baby. More importantly, other mothers at my workplace shared how their now older children started as babies at TLE Parsippany, and never looked back. It feels so great to be able to concentrate at work and be at peace, knowing that your baby is well taken care of. In all, my baby seems to be loving it there!
