THIS SCHOOL GETS ZERO STARS FROM ME , because of the way I was treated when wanting to remove my daughter from their care. My daughter’s name is Dream and she has been attending TLE PFLUGERVILLE a few months way too long, she’s been in attendance since January of 2024 and was removed this past Friday 5/31. I signed my daughter up to attend this school from the open hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm where she then started off in the 2 year old classroom and then moved up to the Preschool 1B class where her wonderful teacher Ms. Kassy transitioned the kids whom she was able to help potty train. From my experience, Ms. Kassy was the best teacher to come out of TLE Pflugerville as all of the kids loved her as well as us parents.

The front office staff/managenent team is what makes this school a nightmare. I’ve also included pictures to let everyone know who I am speaking of. Jessica Wham, the schools director is extremely rude, disrespectful and does not care about the way she sarcastically talks to you nor does she care about your thoughts or concerns. She also does little things and then acts as if she is unaware of what is going on. There has been numerous of times where Jessica would say that she didn’t receive my daughters monthly tuition in which I know she was getting the money as it was always sent a week ahead of time before the new month starts from WFS. With the school already being paid, because I had my banking information on file she has overdrafted my account on numerous of occasions for a full months tuition claiming she didn’t receive the money in which she did and I had proof of payments each time. && each time she did that I had to wait 10 business days for the money to release back into my account. It was to the point where I started bringing in money orders and told her to stopped pulling money out of my account and she did it like 4 more times. It made me close down that bank account and bank with a new institution because she kept doing it.

There were also times where I felt as if she did not want my daughter there because she would call me mid-shift to ask where I was and to come and pick up my child immediately within the next hour with no explanation whatsoever. She claimed my daughter wasn’t feeling good one time and was throwing up all over the place, but there was no sign of my daughter throwing up as it has a very distinctive smell to it that you can’t get rid of unless she is put in a bath tub. When her dad arrived to get her, they had her laying on the floor in that little closet area behind the front desk with no blanket, cot or nothing. There was also a broom propped up against the wall where someone swept trash over there where she was and left it where Dream was laying. Dream was still in the same clothes, no smell, they don’t check temperatures or anything and because of the claim of a “throw up” she wasn’t allowed to come back to the school without a doctors note. My daughter was fine.!!!!

Also, I just feel like certain things with parents should be confidential and not talked about up at the front desk area where there are parents walking in and out with their children as well as other staff members. Jessica never gave us the respect of pulling us to the side to speak to us about anything so we felt very much embarrassed and disrespected. I mentioned these concerns to her and Jessica’s exact words were “I don’t have to pull anyone into my office to talk about anything, I can talk to you guys in front of everyone because this is my staff”.

Even after all of this, I still allowed my daughter to attend this school only because Ms. Kassy was still there and was so great with her and in return my daughter loved her. I’m the type of parent that brings pizza and cupcakes to Dreams class on some days so that the kids would have a good time and won’t keep going home hungry as the food there was ????????????

We recently had to move our two children from a center that permanently closed down that my children attended since they were babies. Ms. Coffee and Ms. Neah have been amazing in helping our children feel welcomed. Both my children talk about everything they’ve learned, we get pictures of them writing in their work books and even updates with pictures of their daily learning activities everyday! I feel so much better knowing my kids are getting the continued education and loving experience our old center had. This transition hasn’t been easy for me as a parent but seeing those smiles everyday and the welcoming environment from the front staff to the classroom certainly has helped put my mind at easy. Thank you for everything you guys do!
My son has been here for almost a year and he loves it. I love that they have an app that I can see pictures of him throughout the day. I also just recently enrolled my 4 month old and she’s been here for about a month or a month and a half and I love her teacher Victoria! I was scared at first because she is so small but I feel more comfortable with her going to daycare now! I have had a really great experience overall! Every day when I walk in I’m greeted by not only the front office but every teacher that passes me in the hall way! I feel so welcomed here as a parent!
