My family and I just recently moved to Rock Hill from Maryland. As such, trying to find a daycare/preschool last minute among the stress of moving, settling into new jobs, and routines can be a bit stressful. We were in contact with a few options but we were REALLY impressed with the warmth and professionalism we got from Ms. Natalie when talking to The Learning Experience. When we got there Ms. Natalie showed us around and was very thorough in giving a tour. We were really impressed with the layout of the facility, the cleanliness, and security set up. The pricing is incredibly affordable and the fact they pick up my other son from school for after school care is beyond convenient. I would recommend this company and their absolutely incredible staff to any parent in need of day time child care!
If I could rate this place a zero I would. The outer appearance looks like a great place to send your children, however, The staff is very unprofessional( do and say things in front of children when they shouldn’t, and have very nasty attitude towards parents when addressing failures as it relates to child care.). The kids are always being shuffled around, and I whole heartedly believe that is because they are highly understaffed. Too many kids in one classroom and not enough teachers! For all these reason I had to pull my son out of this facility. For the amount of money paid for child care you’d think they’d have qualified people to teach your children, and not shuffle them into classrooms, because they’re understaffed.
