I’ve had the privilege of working closely with The Learning Experience of South Windsor over the past few months, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The learning experience started off a great place to work. Staff was great and I loved the kids. You didn’t get train by management and paperwork during the hiring process was always done months after being hired. Everything change for me when I had a medical emergency and had to rush myself to the hospital. My manager cut my hours saying performance evaluation.
From the I went to an unsteady schedule to never working. My manager played favorites and if you weren’t the favorite you were nothing. Manager walked out on shifts and others never did there job it was disorganized and kids got hurt and left alone in classrooms. I will say the head manager doesn’t know the kids she only know their medical history I don’t recommend working at the south Windsor location.
