My daughter started here when she was 13 months (January 2024) in the infants classroom, since she wasn’t walking yet and everything looked great by then. Few weeks later she started walking so she was moved to the Toddler A classroom and things started: High staff turnover, picking up my daughter with a dirty face and nose (from crying during the day), always hungry, she even fell from a picnic table and broke her mouth (no stitches needed) because the teacher left her unattended, she apologized and told me it was because she had too many children to take care of (which was true). She was very kind, diligent and caring with my kid. When she was 15 months old they moved her to the Toddler B classroom (18months-24months) because they needed her spot to add another kid in that classroom even tho they were at maximum capacity. In this classroom the teacher told me multiple times in the morning that my daughter didn’t fit inside the classroom because the ratio will be affected, so where I was supposed to drop my baby? She was frustrated because my baby didn’t understand commands (15 months old and Spanish only at home) so I told her the english was something new for my daughter and to give her some grace. She also complained about my baby removing the velcro of her shoes and playing with them. She logged false information in the app during the day (nap time, food, diaper changes) and when I approached her with inquiries she wouldn’t have answers regarding the info shared. Also, after dropping my baby she would hand her to the teacher in the Toddler A classroom around 10 am with soiled diapers. My daughter was sleepy, hungry, sad, uncomfortable at pick but the app would say she ate everything and napped 2 hrs. She also got a yeast infection on her diaper area. A week later, I was dropping my baby and when she saw this teacher, she started to desperately cry like nothing I have ever seen, she opened her eyes of scare and sticked to my body firmly. She couldn’t stop crying. After that experience we immediately withdraw her (she only attended 2 weeks in that classroom and it was enough for all of this to happen).

Also, I received a call about an investigation being conducted in this place about a child that was left alone locked in this classroom and the parents made a report.

There are a lot of excellent people here, I keep them all in my heart and I know they really cared for my kid.

To all the parents out there looking for an amazing preschool/daycare for their littles…check out TLE Round Rock (specifically THIS location).

I cannot say enough good things about this school. Since transferring to this location, my little one is thriving and looks forward to going to school every day. TLE Round Rock has far exceeded my expectations! I am so impressed with the L.E.A.P curriculum that is incorporated into each day and how far she has grown academically since attending class with Ms. Sharon.
We absolutely love the staff, and the environment is so warm and welcoming! The teachers and staff are beyond amazing, and the directors do a fantastic job ensuring the day-to-day operations are run smoothly. If there is ever a question, Ms. Tracy and Ms. April are always available. You can rest assured that your little will be surrounded by amazing people who genuinely enjoy their job.

I am looking forward to watching my little one grow and prepare for kindergarten! TLE Round Rock is not only preparing the littles for school, but helping to mold and instill morals, empathy, and positive character traits in the children as well with the help of Bubbles and Friends.

The tuition is comparable to other preschools in the area – except you can expect more! Each section of the L.E.A.P curriculum has hands-on learning tools that we get to keep and take home at the end of the lesson. Our class recently concluded the Music course and was able to bring home the materials (including the instruments) for us to continue engaging with. Our little enjoys emulating the teacher while we get to be the students as she teaches us her curriculum.

TLE Round Rock is the way to go!
