My child has been attending The Learning Experience for the past 5+ weeks. This was our young one’s first experience with care outside the home so we were typically anxious parents. However, the TLE staff and teachers have been so helpful with transitioning from the home to daycare. My little one is so excited to go each day and has such a lovely experience each day and comes each home dancing, laughing, happy and full of confidence. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and her day to day teachers: Cynthia, Dicauri, and Jasmine, make us feel happy to leave our child in their care. Our child leaps into Cynthia’s arms each morning and that tells a lot! Throughout the day, we’re sent frequent updates and photos (via the app) which keeps us in close communication which is a great comfort. At the afternoon pick-up, they tell us about the day, how the child responded to activities, how and what they ate, etc so you are always kept informed. The facilities are always clean and the classrooms bright and inviting and full of toys and activities. I highly recommend TLE for anyone looking for high-quality, professional childcare.
My husband and I were a little nervous about sending our first child to daycare at 6 months old, but we couldnt be any happier with our decision to send her to The Learning Experience- Tuckahoe. Three months later she is thriving, developmentally, physically and socially. The updates and photos provided through the app are my favorite part of the day. Im honestly impressed with all the activities, care and communication Miss Tara, Miss Laycha and Miss Aaliyah provide during the day. My daughter looks like shes having a blast. My daughter still gets so excited to see Miss Roxanna and Miss Jasmine who cared for her when she first started TLE and it really warms our heart to see that bond. All of the staff members are super friendly and know my daughters name. Mariela, Jazmin and Jessica who are part of the admin staff are always very helpful and responsive when we have questions and have us laughing and smiling at pickup and drop off. The facility is also beautiful and well kept. We look forward to seeing our daughter continue to grow at TLE- Tuckahoe. Thank you everyone for all that you do.
