Tells you how much love I have for this place my son has not gone here in 4 years- miss it. My son went to the montessori preschool here and we left because we moved further and the area we moved to has good school system. The Ratners school’s quality is inclusion. Ratner family was home for so many years my son explored his creativity, quickly acquired strong language skills, and developed independence quickly. Ratner is literally was the building block of his educational system. We had Mishi 3 years and prior Dawn simply adored them. My son attended the program from a toddler of 22 months through Kindergarten. Best decision I made enrolling him when I moved to Ohio. He is very kind, independent student, and articulate that is partly because of Ratner. When I see kids who go there it’s like talking to family. He was there 4 years ago but when I moved to Ohio someone from my prior state went there years ago before my son and only had positive things to say and honestly thats what I hear even now from some of the prents I meet in passing.
The Lillian and Betty Ratner Montessori School is THE best! I am honored to be both a proud parent of an alumni as well as a member of the board of directors.
Our son made the transition smoothly to a phenomenal high school with tools and life skills he learned at Ratner. He was provided a nurturing and caring environment in which he thrived. The teaching staff, in addition to an enormous number of years of tenure, is truly amazing. They provided for our son what he needed every day, every month and every year. We absolutely loved the diverse backgrounds of the families at Ratner. The school exemplifies the real world and all that is good in it! If you’re thinking of a dynamic, warm and inspiring school for your child and for your family, I can’t think of a better one.
Both our children went to the Ratner School (as it is called) and loved it. The physical environment is great and well taken care of. The teachers are there to give the kids a love of learning experience. Can’t say enough !!
