All the school really cares about is their own reputation. They have zero respect for anyone enrolled there, and whatever issues you have they wont bother helping unless they feel it could help out their own reputation.
Any form of discrimination there will almost never be managed properly. No matter how bad you are mentally, they wont do anything to help you. Whenever they do, they do it in the worst way possible.
The staff there will idolise certain students for the absolute bare minimum, and everyone else is either completely left out or antagonised
and there’s more, but i think that describes it generally speaking
This is an absolutely terrible school, teachers pick on kids and single them out, and they also manipulate them. All the school care about is the reputation and they don’t care about any pupils unless they are the best of the best. Also the toilets are locked all day apart from breaks and lunch and they won’t give you the key to open them, when I was there I had to resort to jumping the gate and go home to the toilet because they wouldn’t give me key because I didn’t have a “toilet pass”, furthermore a toilet pass is only given to pupils who have a doctors note, so unless you have a doctors note you will need to jump the gate because once your in school you are locked in and if you’re caught jumping the gate you’ll be placed in inclusion for 2 days. Over all I enjoyed my five years at hillcrest but for the wrong reasons I enjoyed playing up and abusing the teachers as learning in this school was near impossible. If your looking for a school to have fun and mess around I recommend this school but if you’re actually looking to learn do NOT go to this school!
this school overall is good. The main reason why it is good because the teachers really do care about you, as long as your respectful and show ok attitude towards the teachers then you can have great banter with them. They do care about me, I am saying this from my point of view and i understand that every other persons view will be different. In my personal opinion this is the beauty.
As former student, I can say that the school was very good before it joined the academy, I myself was very happy and had really good grades till Hillcrest joined in with the Academy. I do thank the teachers who where supportive to the end anyway, they where brilliant.
Well. The review for hillcrest.
Wat can I say that’s positive about the school.
Art is good
English teachers thinks it’s okay to swear in front of the pupils. The maths teachers (Mr Gardner) makes people listen to a video instead of teaching. Science department is so crowded and the teachers pick on students. The PE staff are so biased. DT staff are so moany. The LSU does jack all for the students who really need help. The kids who go to the school are really rude and swear in front of primary aged children.
My question is why is this school still open.
My advice for parents is take ur kid somewhere else if you want your kid to learn something.
