Shocking school. My son has been bullied since day one and teachers do nothing about it. They always speak about how high their results are and say that they don’t tolerate bullying. Well they still haven’t sorted it and he’s in year 9.
Medical conditions don’t really matter because as much as you prove the condition to them from top UK consultants in metabolic conditions, you have to have backup for every bit of time off from gp’s that would never normally be involved in a rare metabolic disease. Regardless of all the instances of letters telling them this problem will not improve over time (it’s metabolic, I’m sure they have at least one biological sciences member of staff that could explain) they refuse to listen and we have the same arguments repeatedly. This school is more interested in uniform policy and attendance. No complaints with the teaching, I was taught here myself, but if you have ANY medical condition that could impact attendance then do not send your child unless you are willing to have random calls from a dippy attendance officer that takes nothing you say seriously.
there is hair in the food all the teachers shout at you for the littlest thing and say first time every time when they mess up and moan every lesson, and they don’t cook the hash browns rights , from brooke and laylon
awful head teacher constantly refers to the school as an institution which is the wrong way to label a secondary school prisons are institutions.
it would also be a good idea for staff to use their own real last names instead of plucking 1 out of the air because they are too important to share the last name with any other member of staff
It’s disgusting and The toilet never get cleaned and there mouldy it’s a very bad school what ever u do don’t send ur kids there they make out to be a perfect school to OFSTED they scrub every inch when they come and give kids detention for the most stupidest things such as your shirts not being tooked in when ofstead is in.there such a huge lie
