Jayce completely ruined my cut and color I understand that this is a school but if she had NO IDEA what to do than she shouldn’t have been doing it. The other students were working on people and they were doing great but this girl kept going to the instructor I stoped counting after the 10th time. She cut my hair WAY to short and the color is COMPLETELY different then what I had chosen so now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I sat there for FOUR hours and then she didn’t even straighten my hair like I had asked she said “will you settle for a blow dry” and then she hit my head with the hairdryer 3 times so I guess it’s good she didn’t straighten it since she’s not going to pay attention to what she’s doing!!! I’ve never been this disappointed!
Highly recommend! I have had stubborn hair that I could not get to hold color for about a year now. I was worked in last minute, Emma did a wonderful job at coloring my hair. The first time I’ve been happy with my hair in YEARS!
