The Nature School of Baltimore was where my son got his start! A special place, with caring and attentive teachers, a commitment to a nature-focused and a child-centered curriculum, we are grateful to have been a part of this community. My son spent his days outside, moving and learning, surrounded by people who cared and who valued him and all children. My son is now an 11th grader, in AP and Honors courses, and wants to go to college out west to spend more time in nature!
We have sent two kids through their program so far, because we and they love it! Nurturing and caring staff, amazing facility with access to nature, tons of enriching activities, and a very thoughtful and creative approach. Have recommended this program to many of our friends who love it as well. For us it’s a hike to drive there, but totally worth it!
