This is the first time I have ever left a negative review.

This daycare was great at first, the staff was responsive and very welcoming toward my daughter and myself. After a nasty custody battle between me and the father, it became apparent they were getting involved. The father removed me from the parenting application that gives you insight on the day to day schedule, which, the director had told me she had no involvement in and that the only person who had control over the application was the “account owner”. After speaking to someone at Nest’s family resource center, I learned the director did have the ability to give me access back to my account but chose not to for unknown reasons. This happened almost a month ago, I have emailed/called consistently and I still do not have access to the application. This is unsettling for ANY biological mother who has rights to her child’s information while she is in the care of someone else.

This isn’t professional and this is not ethical. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you are having family matters that involve split custody.

We are so thankful for Cadence and the amazing learning environment they provide for our children. It has been amazing watching our toddler thrive and learn with Cadence. At just two years old, she easily rattled off the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors – in both English and Spanish! That is entirely from Cadence. I look forward to pick-up and hearing about her “great day!” and how she wants to “stay at school forever!” every day. Between that, and the way our baby’s face lights up when she sees her teachers in the morning, we know that they are in amazing hands. At Cadence, it’s easy to take for granted the feeling of leaving your kids in the morning and not once worrying about them during the day.
We are extremely cautious and concerned about COVID, and Cadence has done an amazing job at making us feel safe. Although I’m sure that providing quality child care during a global pandemic cannot be easy, they have never once let it show or made it seem difficult. We love our Cadence family!

I would highly recommend Cadence Academy to any family looking for a daycare/school. There are so many reasons why you should choose this location. First and foremost your child will be loved and cared for by the staff. They truly take the time to ensure your child has the best possible experience. For anyone looking for employment I highly recommend working here! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The directors truly ensure that you have all of the tools and support to be successful in your classroom. As I relocate, I wish more than anything that I could take this place with me!!
